We have 2 types of dumbwaiter that are specially made to suit different site conditions. The Floor Type or Table Type is where some site conditions would require different usage and height.

Dumbwaiter - Floor Type
The Dumbwaiter Floor Type is where the landing entrance is set align with the floor level as shown in the photo below. This way users can easily load any objects that are within the given weight limit in from a trailer. e.g. Factory, Bank, etc…

Dumbwaiter - Table Type
Dumbwaiter Table Type, the standard landing entrance is given to be 750mm height. This is usually due to the usage of loading objects from a table or anything that is around a table height. e.g. Kitchen, Library, etc…
